So Much Happy Birthday Card

I made this card as a thank you card for two customers.  I decided that for January thank you cards, I was going to make my customers cards using the products that they ordered. For these cards, one of my customers ordered the ink pads Seaside Spray, Rococo Rose and Soft Seafood.  Another customer ordered the entire Regal ink collection, so I decided to make the card in two different color palettes.  The end result is two of the same design, but two very different “feels”.

This is the card using the soft colors:

This is the card using the Regal collection.

The focal posit of the card is the three “Happy” stamps.  I used the Stamparatus to perfectly align and space the stamp.
The stamp set is the So Much Happy set.  The balloon was stamped in Rich Razzleberry and covered with some Wink of Stella.

I used a cool little trick to make the tag — it’s actually die cut from a larger die from the Stitched Rectangle set.  See the video below to see how to do that.

The inside sentiment was also manipulated a bit — I masked the stamp so it would say only what I needed. This technique is also shown in the video.

Click the video below for step-by-step directions.  NOTE:  if the video does not appear, you can see it by clicking HERE.

If you have any questions about this project or any of the products used, please let me know.
