Make Your Own Glimmere Paper – Part 2

This card uses two different techniques to make glimmer paper.  One is done with a aqua pen, and the other just colored card stock.  There is a video at the end of this post to show both techniques.

The pumpkin’s glimmer paper was made by “painting” Pumpkin Pie reinker onto Whisper White cardstock using an aqua pen.  The glimmer was applied, and the pumpking was cut out with Layering Ovals.

The leaves glimmer paper was made simply by applyng the glimmer on Garden Green card stock and punching out the leaves with the Leaf Punch.

This card is made the exact same way, except I used less reinker so the pumpkin is lighter.  I also used a Halloween sentiment for the greeting.

Click on the video below to see step-by-step instructions for these two techniques.  NOTE:  if you are viewing this blog post from an email notification, the video may not appear.  In that case, you can see the video HERE.

If you have any questions about this project, the technique, or any of the products used, please let me know.  I’m happy to answer your questions!
