Embossing with Framelits – Part I

I just love when my tools have more than one purpose, don’t you?  In this project, I used my oval framelits to make a nicely embossed label.  I just love how the framelit left the impression of a nice border.

A close up of the die cut label, shows the nice “rim” all around the oval.  It gives the label a nice bit of dimension.

The new stitched ribbon went beautifully with the sentiment and plaid DSP.  It just added to the feeling of warmth.
