Clean and Simple (sort of) Baby Card

I recently held a Clean and Simple card class. Well . . . the first card is borderline clean and simple. I tried; I really did, but it ended up taking on a life of its own.

The original version was not embossed, but it really looked too flat form. So I decided to emboss the card base with the Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder. The card stock is Blushing Bride. I die cut the card front using the Scalloped Contours set in Basic White.

The right side of the card has a cute little onesie with a bib. Both were die cut from the Baby Clothes die set. The onesie is Daffodil Delight, the bib is Blushing Bride, and the heart is Real Red. I added a small pearl to bling it up a bit!

The left side of the card has the sentiment, from the All for Baby set, stamped in Blushing Bride. The bottom right corner looked a bit empty, and I didn’t want to add any ribbon, so I die cut a bow from the Pierced Bloom dies using Daffodil Delight. Of course, I added another pearl!

This card was super easy to make, which, I guess is why clean and simple cards are so popular LOL! To see how the card was put together, please see the video below. Note, if the video does not appear, you can see it by clicking HERE.
